THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY THIS ITEM SEPARATELY UNLESS YOU NEED IT AS A REPLACEMENT PART.If you own an older version of the Freedom Flex that did not include the dual pulley and saddle hook, you can add these attachments (pictured at left) in order to use your Resistance Cable exercise cables for strength exercises. The Saddle Hook clamps on to the upright pole and can be positioned at any point along the pole. This allows you to adjust the position of the Resistance Cables handles to suit your needs for each exercise. |
