IMPORTANT:To return products, you must first contact our customer service department and obtain a return authorization number and additional instructions regarding how to pack the product to send it back to us. That's why we offer a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee on every one of our products. If you return the product in good condition, and we receive it within 30 days from the day that it was originally delivered to your address, we will refund the purchase price or offer a credit for the purchase amount if you would like to exchange it for any other product at SLO-N-EZ .com. The customer is responsible for freight charges when shipping returned product back to SLO-N-EZ . Your freight cost for returning the products may vary compared to the amount we originally charged you for shipping, due to the carrier you choose to use, fuel surcharges, etc. If the potential cost for return shipping of the products is of concern, we suggest that you contact your preferred shipping provider and use the following information to get an estimate of the cost of shipping the Resistance Chair back to us: Weight: 28 lbs., box dimensions: 11" X 22" X 46". (Please note: Other products added to your order may affect the shipping charges due to added weight or additional boxes that are required.)
