Mail-In OrdersIf you prefer to mail in your order, print out the fax form and mail the completed form to us with your payment (credit card, check or money order) made payable to "Slo-N-Ez, LLC". We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of Ohio. Shipping ChargesUnless otherwise specified, we ship all orders to customer addresses within the continental U.S. via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipment. We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS "second-day" air. International OrdersWe can ship orders to customers located in most countries outside of the United States, but please contact us first to determine shipping costs and delivery time. All International orders must be paid via credit card, in U.S. dollars only. We do not accept non-U.S. personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders as payment for orders. Returns and ExchangesWe want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase at Slo-N-Ez.com. That's why we offer a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee on every one of our products. If you return the product in good condition, and we receive it within 30 days from the day that it was originally delivered to your address, we will refund the purchase price or offer a credit for the purchase amount if you would like to exchange it for any other product at Slo-N-Ez.com.The customer is responsible for freight charges when shipping returned product back to Slo-N-Ez. Your freight cost for returning the products may vary compared to the amount we originally charged you for shipping, due to the carrier you choose to use, fuel surcharges, etc. If the potential cost for return shipping of the products is of concern, we suggest that you contact your preferred shipping provider and use the following information to get an estimate of the cost of shipping the Resistance Chair® back to us: Weight: 28 lbs., box dimensions: 11" X 22" X 46".
