The Slo-N-Ez System

  1. Each fitness session will be approximately 1/2 hour in length.
  2. Only one fitness session is necessary per week.
  3. All exercise movements are performed on one piece of equipment.
  4. There will be individualized teaching and instruction for each exercise during each session.
  5. All exercise movements are designed to increase strength, increase endurance, and retain
    muscle tone. This program is not a weight loss program - only correct dieting along with this program can result in weight loss.
  6. The SLO-N-EZ program is mobile - programs can be made available to churches, retirement communities, doctor's offices, and any other organizations and even into your home.
  7. The SLO-N-EZ program is completely adaptable to any movement limitations that a person might have.
  8. The owners of the company believe that this unique form of exercise and movement provides not only the health benefits of resistance exercise but also the general sense of well being that is sorely missing in the life of the senior citizen.
